If you're craving authentic, flavorful ramen in Bangkok, Bankara Ramen at ICONSIAM is a spot you shouldn't miss. I tried three different dishes during my visit today, and each one was absolutely worth it. 1. Kakuni Bankara Ramen (Signature Dish) This is the highlight of the meal — rich, savory tonkotsu broth with just the right balance of saltiness and fat for the Thai palate. The noodles were perfectly cooked, springy and satisfying. The star of the bowl, though, was the kakuni — a large, slow-braised pork belly that was melt-in-your-mouth tender and far more flavorful than the usual chashu. 2. Special Tonkotsu Ramen (New Menu Item) This one came with a deep, aromatic pork bone broth enhanced by garlic oil. The garlic flavor wasn’t overpowering — instead, it added depth that paired beautifully with the thin noodles. A great new addition that I’d definitely order again. 3. Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen) This has always been my personal favorite here. I ordered the special thick noodles, and they were as good as ever — chewy, soft, and satisfying. The dipping sauce was packed with umami, so good that I caught myself sipping it straight (oops!). It came with a small piece of chashu, which wasn’t the highlight, but the joy of dipping made up for everything. Service & Atmosphere The staff were polite and attentive. The upstairs seating area has larger tables, which is great for groups. Just a small note: the spiral staircase to the second floor might be tricky for elderly guests. Final Thoughts Bankara Ramen has become my go-to spot every time I crave ramen in Bangkok. The quality, consistency, and depth of flavor keep bringing me back. If you're near ICONSIAM, don't miss this place — your ramen cravings will thank you!

If you love thick broth ramen, this is the place for you. Actually the broth is salty and oily, however, the store will ask if you would like to reduce the saltiness or oiliness or both for your liking. I recommend to try their original taste first. Their noodle is quite thick but soft with chewy texture. The side dishes we ordered were okay, nothing outstanding. The gyosa is typical, the vegetable is a bit too sweet, the karage is okay. In my opinion, this is a place where you are going to love it or hate it on your first try. For us, it's isn't too bad but there are other ramen stores that suit with our taste.

I ordered thier signature ramen with their special pork. the ramen was a little bit salty and oily but delicious and yummy. the pork was very well done. I also ordered the dessert which look nice and teste delicious. the price was a bit expensive but the ramen came with very big size and premium ingredient so I was reasonable. the staff was friendly and helpful. the place was good. cozy and comfortable. If you have a chance pick the second floor balcony. You will get a high level view of iconsiam hall and some glimpse of the river.

In an already exciting venue in ICONSIAM, we went to this restaurant for dinner. And I have to tell you, this is the BEST dish I had in the entire trip (i think its called Buta Kakuni Don). The sea weed was good, the pork was awesome, the flavor and seasoning was top-notch, staff were very nice and the ambience was great. Highly recommended.

It’s located in the Veranda zone (G floor), near the exit to the riverside. The ramen shop has two floors with a Japanese vibe, featuring furniture and decorations that create a warm and friendly atmosphere. The signature dish you shouldn’t miss is the Kakuni Bankara, which consists of braised pork belly—quite a rare find for me! This menu is a big portion and price 305 baht.
